POLICY

We will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund and within 30 days for an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For domestic customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return/exchange your merchandise. 

Please note that we do not cover the return labels for any international orders. Please contact us at buhaycollective@gmail.com for further assistance with international return/exchange. Should you opt for a refund for the order, you will only be refunded the full amount back to your original payment method- shipping cost not included.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags intact, free of makeup, deodorant, and/or other stains (i.e., liquid, oil, ink).

REFUNDS

Domestic returns take us 5-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
